2008 Information for the Three Bays testing volunteers

Following are the dates and times for testing this year:

• Monday, June 23, 2008 at 6:00 am
• Back-up date: Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 6:45 am
• Monday, July 7, 2008 at 6:00 am
• Back-up date: Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 6:45 am
• Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 6:00 am
• Back-up date: Wednesday July 23, 2008 at 6:45 am
• Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 6:00 am
• Back-up date: Wednesday August 6, 2008 at 6:45 am
• Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 6:00 am
• Back-up date: Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 6:30 am

Please Note:

All times are for being on station for the sampling to begin. Allow enough time to reach that first station on time and be ready to go. Please check your calendars as soon as possible. Replacement volunteer samplers must be contacted as far in advance as possible.

We will be sampling only 4 of the 5 dates scheduled.  If all goes as planned, we will not be sampling the last date in August .

We will let you know if the sampling is cancelled or rescheduled.

Please be sure we have a valid phone number (either home or cell phone) at which you can be reached for a call early in the morning. Severe weather (lightning or high winds) is the only reason for rescheduling or cancellation.  We usually go out in the rain!
