SUP Paddle Yoga

Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Three Bays while paddling and doing yoga! We'll launch, paddle, and find a nice sandy spot to do yoga.  If it's not too windy, we'll do it right on the boards!  Sponsored by Three Bays Preservation and Stand Up and Paddle Cape Cod, please join Melissa Jansen from Melissa Jansen Yoga while she guides you to perform the perfect stretches. Bring your own paddle boards or we will supply them. Please dress to get wet and bring your own towel, sunscreen and water.

We need a minimum of 6 participants to go, and we have a maximum of 12.  Cost is $75.00 for a two-hour session.
