Sea Lettuce in our Bays

We are a group of residents who came together in 1996 to address the troubling problems of pollution in our beloved Cotuit, North, and West Bays, as well as the rapid erosion of the barrier beaches of Dead Neck/ Sampson's Island. In the nine years since, more than 1,000 of our friends and neighbors have joined us in our efforts, and Three Bays Preservation has grown into a major organization of dedicated people who donate their time and resources for the preservation of our aquatic environment.

Please spend some time browsing our site. Here you will find updates on our projects & programs, pdf files of scientific reports and press clippings, archives of our newsletters that trace the development of the organization and its accomplishments, and above all, ways that you can help.
